A. Definition Expository
A
paragraph that explains or analyzes a topic is an expository paragraph (Smalley
and Ruetten at all., p100). It includes: information, explanation, facts and
illustrations. Expository paragraph can be divided into several model of
writings: such as process paragraph, and procedure paragraph. However, the
detail about these two divisions will be explained in a sparated chapternot to
mention the example.

Traffic
Congestion on Highway
In many big cities ,
traffic congestion on the highway into the complicated issue . Actually this is
not uncommon . However , traffic congestion is an annoying situation we as road
users .
If you notice, at
certain times of the traffic on the roads seemed jammed . In the morning ,
traffic jams begin to feel when residents began to leave their place of work
and the students began to go to school . In the afternoon peak traffic
congestion .
Many things into a
traffic jam . First , the presence of the railroad crossing . Second , a
growing number of vehicles passing by in the streets . Third , the road is used
as a parking lot and the vehicle as a place where street vendors sell . Fourth
, frequent traffic lights died . Fifth , less commendable attitude to the
driver , such as the vehicle lay not in place and vehicles primarily to precede
each other . Finally, the traffic police do not appear in the post, especially
if the traffic lights off.
Thus , due to traffic
congestion arises , such as time wasted . In addition , wasted fuel also .
Traffic congestion can also cause air and noise pollution . In fact , it can
lead to stress which attacks our spiritual health .
